Looking for an artist to transform this photo into a breathtaking, cinematic photo of a romantic anniversary in Paris w/ a similar style, tone, and dramatic feel of the reference photo. The reference photo was our engagement in 2015. Retook with the same pose for our 10th wedding anniversary at the Eiffel Tower. The composition, pose, Eiffel Tower, and red dress already work very well, so I'm looking for someone who can elevate the photo into something that looks like a cinematic frame from a beautiful romantic film. Improve sky/clouds if necessary while keeping the Eiffel Tower and Paris.
Make the couple the unmistakable focal point
Remove the four people seated directly in front of us on the steps while keeping the background crowd intact for authenticity
Enhance natural detail of the clothing, hair and skin but adjust wrinkles on my suit sleeve
Tame the ends of my wife’s hair so they appear full and natural, not stringy or wispy
Erase the black purse between our feet
You may manipulate the background, lighting, sky, colors and surrounding environment if it improves the photo but it should stay realistic and not look overdone. If you have a great idea then go for it. I want the result to look like it was professionally photographed and color-graded for a major romantic film
