Phowd's Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct requires our Members to adhere to the few rules designed to make Phowd a great place and let our entire community prosper. Please read them carefully.

Customer do's

Be polite and respectful to other members.
Collaborate with retouchers on Phowd.

Customer don'ts

Do not request or provide Email addresses, IM or social network usernames, references to the personal website, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Phowd.
Do not offer retouchers to work or accept payments outside Phowd.
Do not file a dispute or reverse a payment through PayPal or your bank prior to attempting to resolve the matter via Phowd.

Please be aware that in case of violation of the rules your account may be suspended or terminated.

Retoucher do's

Be polite and respectful to other members.
Collaborate with customers and fellow retouchers on Phowd.
Connect your PayPal account so that you can withdraw revenues.

Retoucher don'ts

Do not request or provide Email addresses, IM or social network usernames, references to the personal website, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Phowd.
Do not solicit or accept requests to work or receive payments outside Phowd.
Do not upload an image in a low resolution or with watermarks. Phowd automatically secures and protects all your submissions from being downloaded unpaid.
