Correct color / exposure, Few spots clean-up, Minor enhancements, Change / remove background, Montage / blend few images
Add those indivudal in the group pics. Remove few shadows in the group pic. Remove all vehicles in the parking lot. Remove the apartment in the left corner area. just a bit touch upo make it cheerful. Flags need be bigger size espcially with minnesota flag (see the attachment).
