Correct color / exposure, Sharpen / reduce noise
Try to make the overall picture colour, especially the faces, as close to natural as possible. Sometimes, only a few people in the photo need colour correction in the face. A couple of the pictures have overly bright area and needs to be balanced/darkened. Sharpen the pictures where possible. These are for a printed photo album so a quick return is preferred.
