I would like to keep only the lady in the grayish dress in the picture with different background and sharpen the image so we can print the photo in great resolution on a larger scale (20*24 or 16*20'). Replace the hand of my father in her shoulder for more hair. A slight retouch on the jowl will be great. Since it is an old picture any proposed improvements will be awesome. Thank you!
